Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and experience to conduct independent psychosocial evaluations and diagnoses for patients, ensuring accurate and effective assessments.

• Collaborate with students to create individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs and educational challenges.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as solution-focused treatment and motivational interviewing, to deliver impactful behavioral interventions.

• Coordinate care with other professionals, including psychologists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to the patient's overall wellness.

• Regularly track treatment progress, employing both in-person and virtual methods, to assess and report on the advancements toward established goals.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medications as prescribed by medical providers, focusing on adherence, side effects, and overall treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with school-aged children and adolescents facing a wide array of mental health issues. You will support students dealing with anxiety, depression, behavior disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
