Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to formulate independent diagnoses, applying your education and experience effectively in real-world scenarios.

• Collaborate with patients to co-create individualized treatment plans that prioritize their unique needs and circumstances.

• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as solution-focused therapy, problem-solving treatment, and motivational interviewing, tailored to each patient’s requirements.

• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including psychologists and primary care providers, facilitating a seamless and holistic approach to care.

• Regularly monitor and record treatment progress to ensure that patients are meeting their goals, which may include virtual check-ins and in-person meetings when necessary.

• Provide support for psychotropic medication management as prescribed, focusing on patient adherence, monitoring side effects, and assessing treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role is crucial in recognizing the varying needs of each client and adapting your treatment strategies accordingly, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current, valid, and unrestricted license to independently practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an independently licensed therapist is required.
