Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments tailored to each student’s mental health, substance abuse, and medical requirements, ensuring cultural competence in every evaluation.

• Deliver behavioral health services, including individualized and group counseling sessions, crisis intervention, intake assessments, and comprehensive treatment planning.
\n
• Document mental health evaluations, progress notes, and crisis assessments using electronic health record systems to maintain up-to-date and detailed client histories.

• Act as a liaison between students, families, and community resources by providing referrals to counseling services, medication assistance programs, and other support systems.

• Collaborate with Quality Improvement teams to develop data collection processes that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and their families. You will work closely with students experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. The position aims to foster resilience and provide tools for positive coping strategies in a school setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in direct social work practice, particularly in mental health settings.

• Proficient knowledge of counseling techniques and the ability to exercise independent judgment in clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
