Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via video conferencing, fostering a safe and confidential environment for discussion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with screened clients who are stable adults experiencing low acuity issues. This focus allows you to concentrate on therapeutic practices and outcomes without the challenges associated with high-need populations. You will play a critical role in improving client well-being and helping them achieve lasting personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Washington, allowing you to practice legally and ethically.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to our organization.
