Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position spans the 2026–2027 school year, working directly with a K-12 student population. Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid and active North Carolina SLP license (required)
• Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 caseloads, preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills with both students and fellow educators
• Ability to adapt and respond to a diverse range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grades with varying needs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to integrate therapy into the educational environment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for individualized education plans
