Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Seeking:

• Active North Carolina SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience providing services in a school setting, especially with K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
• Commitment to working fully onsite; virtual/remote services are not an option

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Deliver engaging group and individual therapy sessions onsite
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as a team member
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth
• Stay current with best practices and compliance standards in school-based SLP services
