Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite role runs from August 10, 2026, through May 21, 2027, where you will play a critical part in assessing and guiding students to reach their communication potential. Working closely with educators and families, you will help create an inclusive environment that bolsters each child’s success.

What we’re seeking:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license for North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience within K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills for working with diverse student populations
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to onsite presence (teletherapy not available)
• Dedicated to continuing professional development

Your key responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students across all grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting
• Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers
• Stay current with best practices and state/federal guidelines
