Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license in North Carolina (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working in K-12 school environments or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and colleagues
• Passion for fostering inclusive educational settings and supporting diverse student needs

Your Daily Impact:

• Assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities to inform comprehensive intervention plans
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, maintaining clear documentation of progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to drive student success across the curriculum
• Participate in school meetings, evaluation processes, and ongoing professional development as needed
