Work Environment\n

This position offers the convenience of remote work, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home office. Despite the virtual setting, you will remain integrated with the multidisciplinary team through regular meetings, case discussions, and collaborative efforts to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. Working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, providing a structured schedule while still enhancing work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized support packages tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, enabling them to navigate and recover from various challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients by interviewing them and gathering comprehensive information regarding their circumstances, strengths, and areas for development.

• Develop measurable goals and objectives tailored to the unique aspects of each case, ensuring a clear focus on the client’s recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments based on client feedback and progress.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed and offer insights and counseling on the best courses of action during therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in case conferences, collaborating with other professionals to create a cohesive care strategy and providing testimony in court as required.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and well-rounded care.

• Refer clients to additional resources and community services that can assist them in their recovery process, promoting a broader support network.

Compensation and Benefits\n
