Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead and manage engaging group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences, foster connections, and support each other's healing journeys.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized, empathetic therapy sessions that help clients analyze their emotions and behaviors, while developing effective coping strategies tailored to their unique challenges.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that directly address their specific needs and aspirations, ensuring active participation in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of New Jersey.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
