Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in working arrangements while you deliver care to students ranging from elementary to high school age. You will primarily interact with clients and educators via telehealth platforms, ensuring that you have the tools and resources necessary for effective treatment outcomes. The hours are set from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs, focusing on emotional, mental, and social factors that impact their educational experience and personal lives.

• Collaborate with students, families, and school personnel to develop tailored care plans that address individual goals, accommodating diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Provide emotional support and counseling services to students, helping them navigate life transitions such as moving, family changes, or academic challenges.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and collaborate with educational staff, community resources, and mental health professionals to ensure a holistic support network.

• Monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins, home visits (if applicable), and adapt care plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Facilitate communication among family members and school staff to resolve conflicts and promote a supportive environment conducive to learning.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, assessments, and care plans following HIPAA regulations and best practices in social work.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
