Business Development Representative – Restoration, Plumbing & HVAC

Super Duper Pros | San Diego, CA · Part-Time, ~20 hours/week

Uncapped commission. A company car. Twenty hours a week.

If you already know property managers, insurance people, or facility managers around San Diego, this is a way to turn those relationships into income without giving up your schedule.

What you can earn

• $18/hour base for approximately 20 hours per week
• Up to 5% commission on recurring PM, plumbing, and HVAC accounts; these keep paying you every time the account comes back
• 5–10% on standard restoration projects
• Up to 15% on qualifying residential and commercial fire losses. One of these can be worth more than a month of base pay.
• Commission is uncapped. There is no ceiling on what you bring in.

Why only 20 hours?

Because that is what the job actually needs. This is not a desk role, and we are not paying anyone to look busy. A handful of strong meetings a week beats forty hours of activity reports. It fits especially well if you are semi-retired from the trades, running something else on the side, or working in real estate, claims, or property management and want a second income stream.

What you will actually do

• Prospect and visit potential clients in person
• Build relationships with property managers and insurance professionals
• Schedule meetings and lunch-and-learns
• Follow up with prospects and referral partners
• Develop new plumbing, HVAC, and restoration accounts
• Identify residential and commercial fire restoration opportunities
• Track your contacts and opportunities in our CRM

Who you will be building relationships with

• Property managers and management companies
• Apartment and commercial property managers
• Insurance brokers and agents
• Facility managers and business owners
• HOAs and real estate professionals
• Other referral partners throughout San Diego

Who this works for

Experience in restoration, plumbing, HVAC, insurance, property management, construction, roofing, home services, or B2B sales is a real plus. But if you have the relationships and the hustle, we will teach you the rest.

A valid California driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required, since you will be driving our vehicle.
