Work Environment\n

In this remote position, you will engage in a primarily virtual work setting, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule. You will be expected to work from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend hours, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance. Although you will work remotely, you will be part of a multidisciplinary primary care team, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and ongoing case management.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with mental health policies and procedures.

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, providing consultation and input that enhances the overall treatment approach for clients.

• Evaluate and respond to crisis situations, providing immediate support and determining appropriate referrals for clients in need of higher levels of care.
