$200–$500/hour or transaction-based earnings, depending on scope, deal size, and advisory engagement

Capital Insights Mentors provide strategic guidance, deal-level intelligence, and capital-market expertise to sponsors, funds, and investors while mentoring analysts and scouts, gaining earning opportunities and enhanced credibility across the network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Insights Mentors to deliver strategic, operational, and capital-market insights across fund formation, deal execution, and portfolio operations.

This is an independent contractor role , not traditional employment. Mentors operate autonomously through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Mentors:

• Advise on fund formation, capital raising, deal structuring, and operational strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity and ecosystem credibility

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Advisor Track Record within Initio Sphere

This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of leading capital transactions, fund strategy, or portfolio value creation initiatives .

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Insights Mentors may:

• Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning

• Support deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and transaction strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence workflows, and deal execution

• Provide portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidance

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Mentors focus on strategic insight, high-level guidance, and relationship-driven deal activation . Analysts handle day-to-day transactional modeling unless specifically approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy

• Operational or portfolio company advisory

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

• Investor relations and network strategy

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to provide actionable capital insights .

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Independent contractor engagement

• Hourly rates: $200–$500 , based on experience, track record, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals

• Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions

How Mentors Get Activated

1. Submit a Capital Insights Mentor application with background, track record, and deal history

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin working with funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to live fund and deal opportunities .

Compliance Notice

• Provide investment advice to the public

• Solicit securities

• Market investments outside approved channels

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All advisory work focuses on strategic guidance, mentorship, and deal/fund insights , compliant with applicable securities laws.
