Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapis t to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
• Maintain brief, detailed, and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
• Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Reliable
• Professional
