Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Your typical work hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate patient schedules. You will have access to our advanced electronic health record (EHR) system, enhancing efficiency while ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of client records.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, in both individual and group settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups to help clients understand their mental health conditions and develop coping strategies.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention to support clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation, adhering to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy and participate in team case consultations and meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a wide array of patients, including those struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. With a focus on providing culturally competent care, you will engage with individuals and families from varying backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and promote the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrable expertise in mental health disorders and therapeutic methodologies, with a solid ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and basic computer applications to manage clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to diverse populations.
