Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, ensuring accurate identification of needs and the formulation of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, coordinating care with case managers and psychiatrists to provide a holistic approach that best serves our clients.

• Respond to crises with sensitivity and expertise, providing immediate support to clients in acute distress or emergency situations.

• Participate in community outreach and education efforts designed to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health concerns.

You will work with clients navigating a range of mental health conditions, from mild anxiety to severe psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, with solid communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients.

• A strong grasp of cultural competence and sensitivity, allowing for effective engagement with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational abilities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
