Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a spectrum of therapeutic services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose and evaluate emotional disorders, formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Create and implement treatment strategies, adjusting frequency and modalities of therapy to meet the evolving needs of patients.

• Provide consultation and collaboration with other mental health professionals regarding shared cases, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

• Monitor and assess patient progress, documenting improvements and setbacks accurately to adapt treatment protocols as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, including specialized training for bariatric psychological evaluations as well as participation in therapeutic retreats and activities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a licensed therapist providing direct clinical services is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
