Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and monitoring medication treatment plans.

• Complete all required documentation swiftly and accurately, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices to ensure quality services.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by our clinical team, ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client well-being.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation activities, contributing to the organization’s compliance and quality assurance initiatives.

• Maintain open communication with state agencies, community partners, and service systems to ensure coordinated care for clients.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to identify funding opportunities and strengthen our service capabilities.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending conferences and training sessions to enhance your skills and expertise.

• Promote and exemplify the agency's mission, values, and guiding principles in all interactions.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the team's overall success.
