Position Objective Senior management position responsible for overseeing the company's P&L in the Northeast. Onsite role- based in Wilmington MA. Responsible for managing the company's top line sales and profit growth directives. Should have an in-depth knowledge and record of success managing sales growth and achievement; and have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Key Accountabilities Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives and that identify new opportunities for growth. Establish sales targets for all sales channels within the division and monitor performance against those targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Manage sales team and outside independent sales rep network across all sales channels to ensure they have the tools, resources, and support to meet their sales targets; to include but not limited to coaching, mentoring, business reviews, and performance feedback. Develop a program for succession planning, sales development, and retention. Work with key vendors to ensure relationships are maintained, and expectations are being met. Work with regional managers to implement pricing strategies consistent with regional budgets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Ensure the highest level of communication, engagement, results and customer satisfaction with all distributors and key customers within the division. Collaborate with the executive leadership to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives. Manage local department leaders – estimating, sales and operations. Collaborate with corporate functional leaders such as marketing, compliance, customer service, IT, finance to ensure branch strategies align with overall business objectives and needs. Manage sales budgets & trackers for the division and ensures that team is effectively using Salesforce CRM for client management and forecasting inventory needs. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide analysis and insights to executive management. Use sales data to make informed decisions about sales strategies, tactics, consumer trends and ideas. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Broad sales success in leading sales teams, preferably in an industrial market; Strong knowledge of SAP functionality as well as integration across the SAP system; Strong background in utilizing CRMs; Excellent computer skills including spreadsheets analysis and presentation development. Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excellent training skills; Ability to work as part of a cross functional team; Excellent Leadership skills and experience; Excellent strategic thinking; Excellent Emotional Intelligence; Excellent sales acumen and negotiation skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong financial and analytical problem-solving skills; Strong collaboration skills; Strong customer-centric mindset; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; Ability to identify and interpret sales data and trends; Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in response to market or directional changes. #J-18808-Ljbffr AAF Latinoamérica
