Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Document all interactions, including ongoing assessments and treatment plan updates, in compliance with company protocols.

• Maintain a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly, providing both in-person and virtual services using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Coordinate care with families, case managers, healthcare professionals, and educational staff to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, applying sensitivity and cultural competence in all interactions.
\n
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and connect with potential clients.
\n
• Respond promptly to communications from the Clinical Director and maintain professional standards in all forms of correspondence.
\n
• Support colleagues while fostering your autonomy, creativity, and authenticity in delivering services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on individuals, couples, families, and groups dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. We strive to serve a wide spectrum of the population, addressing issues from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions. As we are rooted in community health, you will encounter a clientele that reflects the diversity of Modesto, California, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Current, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on rapport building and effective collaboration.

• Experience in professional documentation practices, including completion of initial assessments and clinical case notes.

• Ability to set and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year for full-time positions, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
