Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical condition, strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Designing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing each patient's unique orthopedic needs and goals.
• Monitoring patient progress through regular reassessments while modifying treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation including SOAP notes, treatment plans, and progress reports using our electronic record system, compliant with industry standards.
• Delivering education to patients and their families regarding the rehabilitation process, techniques to manage pain, and strategies to prevent further injury during recovery.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive and client-centered care.
• Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the clinic's business objectives by meeting set utilization goals.

Qualifications

To qualify as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our clinic, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits
