Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, gathering pertinent medical history and performing detailed assessments to formulate treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Effectively communicate findings and treatment protocols to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal setting and care planning.
• Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions based on evaluation outcomes, utilizing advanced techniques to maximize the patient's recovery potential.
• Regularly consult with other healthcare providers, tracking and documenting any changes in patients' conditions to adjust plans of care as necessary.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions, including evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in community marketing initiatives to raise awareness of our services and promote access to care for all individuals in the region.
• Assist with training and mentoring physical therapy students, fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals.
• Engage in ongoing professional education to stay informed of advancements in physical therapy practices and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients experiencing orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and more. Our clinic serves a diverse range of individuals, from young adults to seniors, requiring personalized care strategies that take into account their unique circumstances and health backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
