Work Environment

Our outpatient office is designed to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the recovery and rehabilitation of patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, goals, and needs.
• Monitoring and reassessing patient progress regularly to adjust treatment plans and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Documenting all patient interactions and treatment plans using our electronic health record system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educating patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, recovery timelines, and strategies for overcoming challenges.
• Meeting established utilization and performance benchmarks to drive clinic success.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide multidisciplinary care for patients receiving various services.
• Embodying the clinic's core values and promoting a culture of compassion and excellence in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will primarily be on patients with orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and mobility impairments. You will work with a diverse patient population, allowing you to utilize your skills in a variety of contexts. A strong commitment to inclusive care for all demographics, including children and seniors, is vital for this role.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current, unrestricted physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments, as appropriate.
• A genuine passion for working with a diverse range of patients and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
