Key Responsibilities

• Administer high-quality Neurotoxin injections and Dermal Fillers, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Conduct comprehensive skincare consultations, offering tailored recommendations that meet each patient's individual needs.
• Utilize advanced technologies such as Diode Lasers for hair removal, IPL devices, PRP, micro-needling, and chemical peels to provide effective treatments.
• Implement systematic follow-up protocols to enhance patient retention and foster long-term relationships.
• Document patient interactions meticulously using EMR systems to maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide guidance and support to patients on post-treatment care and product use, ensuring each individual feels informed and confident.
• Assist in creating thoughtful marketing strategies for promoting treatment packages and retail skincare products.
• Uphold a clean and safe workspace by adhering to all infection control policies and legal regulations, thereby ensuring the safety of both patients and staff.
• Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to stay current with the latest dermatological treatments and industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients seeking dermatological care, particularly those battling acne and other skin concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, providing an enriching experience as you cater to their unique aesthetic goals and skin health needs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a Physician Assistant in a medical spa or similar setting is required.
• Current Physician Assistant License in good standing, with all necessary certifications and credentials.
• A natural ability to communicate with warmth and confidence, allowing effective engagement with patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with medication administration, particularly injectables, is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
