Key Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated and high-quality care in collaboration with the supervising physician, including patient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and performing physical examinations to formulate appropriate treatment strategies.
• Engage in patient consultations, educating them about their skin conditions, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
• Assist in dermatological procedures and surgeries, ensuring adherence to sterilization and safety protocols.
• Manage follow-up visits, monitoring patient progress while making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Contribute to the clinical documentation process to maintain precise patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and innovations in treatment.
• Work within a structured schedule, typically Monday through Thursday, with occasional minimal hours on Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Compensation and Benefits
