Staff Product Manager - Enterprise AI/Agentic Solutions

Abbott seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead enterprise AI and agentic solutions from concept through production delivery. This production-focused role partners with business divisions to translate strategic priorities into product capabilities and owns outcomes post-launch.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business divisions to translate value drivers and prioritized use cases into product requirements
- Own and maintain rolling roadmap of product capabilities mapped to high-strategic-value use cases
- Prioritize capability investments based on strategic value and enablement impact
- Joint feasibility scoping with AI engineering and data science leads before roadmap commitment
- Own post-launch outcomes and shared accountability for hitting value targets with business partners
Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience shipping production AI/ML products
- Demonstrated ownership of AI-powered products in enterprise settings with direct accountability
- Proficiency with agentic AI or LLM-based product patterns
- Technical fluency to assess feasibility directly with engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong stakeholder management and shared accountability skills
Compensation: $129,300–$258,700 base
