Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to formulate thorough clinical diagnoses and effective treatment plans, ensuring that each plan is tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and creating action plans that prioritize client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in strict accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards to ensure quality documentation and compliance.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care and ensure our clients’ needs are met holistically.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and available resources within the community, advocating for their rights and their access to necessary services.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and seeking out new strategies and methodologies to enhance your therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, which includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with valid credentials (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, depending on experience. In addition, we provide an attractive sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
