You will work with our most important accounts, and be responsible for meeting them regularly, helping with their rollouts, and unblocking them with any feature requests/bugs they might face.This is a customer facing role, where the customer is developers. If you enjoy solving technical problems, and helping developers see success this is a great role for you.ResponsibilitiesOwn the 30 most important accounts at LiteLLM, and drive them to successServe as the technical point of contact for these accounts - in charge of making sure their issues are done, communicating regularly with the customer.Prevent churn-risk by proactively identifying risk, improving and driving usage, and ensuring customers are renewal-ready.
