Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Oakbend, you will be expected to:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and formulate personalized treatment plans for patients referred by physicians, ensuring alignment with their healthcare objectives.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Utilize advanced techniques and procedures to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes, fostering a collaborative approach with other providers to maximize care effectiveness.
• Provide consultations and educational training for patients and their caregivers, enhancing their understanding of treatment plans and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Meet minimum utilization goals while contributing to the clinic's overall business objectives, demonstrating a commitment to patient care quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy and certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, necessary for effective patient and team interactions.
• Strong computer skills for documentation and treatment planning purposes.
• A genuine ability to build relationships with patients, fostering trust and collaboration throughout their treatment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
