Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ biopsychosocial needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving improved patient functioning and symptom resolution.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, tailored to the specific clinical needs of each patient.

• Engage in group therapy sessions, either as the primary facilitator or co-facilitator, to foster supportive environments for psychiatric patients.

• Collaboratively work with psychiatry teams and other healthcare professionals to plan treatment programs and interventions.

• Obtain and document pertinent patient data accurately to comply with regulatory standards and ensure continuity of care.

• Uphold the ethical standards of counseling practice while adhering to agency policies and procedures in all interactions with patients.

• Participate in crisis intervention and triage evaluations, responding swiftly and empathetically to acute patient needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
