Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings for new patients, utilizing a range of evaluation tools to identify mental health needs and tailor appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services to patients experiencing distress due to a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops centered around themes such as coping strategies, stress management, and emotional resilience, enhancing community support among participants.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including providers in other departments, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care that integrates mental and physical health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, which includes individuals across various age groups and backgrounds, presenting a spectrum of mental health concerns. Our clients typically seek support for challenges such as stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field, with a preference for candidates holding a master’s or doctoral degree.
