This position is situated in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Morganville, New Jersey, designed specifically for outpatient therapies. Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to patients, primarily adults aged 40-65, focusing on improving their mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on initial patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, modalities, and patient education, to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using CureMD EMR, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for each patient.
• Participate in department meetings and case discussions to share insights and strategies that contribute to team learning and patient care improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic primarily serves adults aged 40-65 who require rehabilitation after surgery, injury, or chronic conditions. This demographic often presents with musculoskeletal issues, joint replacements, stroke recovery, and rehabilitation for sports-related injuries. Our focus is on fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere to facilitate their recovery and promote independence.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Master's Degree program in Physical Therapy is required.
• Possession of a valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state.

Compensation and Benefits
