Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper

Job Description Job Description Our company is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper to join our team! This role is essential in supporting our operations by ensuring smooth office management and providing administrative support that enhances our service delivery. Responsibilities: Obtain and Enter transaction Reports/ Receipts Obtain and Enter Daily Job Log Reports Compute and record numerical data Check the accuracy of business transactions Perform data entry and administrative duties Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies. Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions and client meetings. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, providing excellent phone etiquette. Prepare and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication. Organize files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy access to information. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure project success. Collaborate with landscape designers to facilitate communication between clients and staff.
