Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to determine their mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
