The environment is supportivebut performance-driven./ph3What Youll Own/h3ulliAccount Growth: Turn inbound and assigned leads into long-term, multi-order partnerships/liliPipeline Creation: Prospect into accounts, uncover new opportunities, and expand relationships across departments/liliSolution Selling: Research products, build proposals, and present tailored promotional solutions/liliExecution: Manage quotes, orders, and workflows through Salesforce and internal platforms/liliClient Experience: Own communication from first touch through fulfillmentno handoffs, no excuses/liliInternal Collaboration: Work closely with support teams to deliver efficiently and accurately/liliVisibility: Participate in client meetings, presentations, and occasional industry events/li/ulh3What Success Looks Like/h3ulliYou dont wait for opportunitiesyou create them/liliYou expand accounts beyond the first order/liliYou manage a pipeline that actually converts/liliYou understand that activity drives revenueand you act accordingly/li/ulh3What You Bring/h3ulli3+ years in promotional product sales (required)/liliProven ability to hit and exceed revenue targets/liliStrong hunter mindsetyou know how to prospect, not just manage/liliExperience growing accounts, not just servicing them/liliAbility to manage multiple deals and priorities without dropping the ball/liliClear, confident communicationwritten and verbal/liliComfort with tools like Hubspot, CRM/ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (CommonSKU experience is a plus)/liliStrong problem-solving skills and personal accountability/li/ulh3Compensation/h3ulliBase Salary: $45,000 (varies based on experience)/liliCommission: Uncapped/liliBonus Opportunities: Yes/li/ulpYour income is directly tied to your output.
