Job Description Counsel clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies tailored to their personal and financial goals. Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents. Manage probate and trust administration matters from opening through final resolution. Represent clients in guardianship, conservatorship, and fiduciary litigation proceedings when necessary. Appear in court for hearings and other legal proceedings. Develop strong client relationships through responsive communication and trusted legal guidance. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service and efficient case management. Stay current on estate planning laws and recommend practical legal strategies. Qualifications Active New Mexico Bar license. 5+ years of estate planning attorney experience. Experience with probate and trust administration. Strong legal writing, drafting, and analytical skills. Ability to independently manage client matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional references required. Writing or drafting sample required.
