Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments that involve evaluating mental health status, identifying concerns, and developing customized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual counseling and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, psychiatrist professionals, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest mental health research and best practices through participation in workshops, training, and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC with High Point Advance Medical PC, you will work primarily with adults facing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

High Point Advance Medical PC offers a competitive salary of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on experience, plus a SIGN-ON BONUS.
