Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, individualized assessments of clients' mental health needs and emotional well-being to accurately diagnose conditions and tailor treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to align with each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing established protocols to ensure safety and stability.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records that comply with HIPAA regulations and professional ethics.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we are pleased to include a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
