Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions where necessary while also addressing individual concerns, tailoring treatments to each unique situation.
\n
• Developing and implementing treatment plans for a variety of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief, relationship problems, and communication difficulties.

• Providing ongoing support to clients during significant transitions such as separation, divorce, and the challenges of blended family dynamics.
\n
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
\n
• Participating in team meetings and case reviews to ensure coordinated care and improvement of practices based on collaborative feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, spanning different ages and backgrounds. This includes adults dealing with life transitions, children facing anxiety and behavioral issues, and families seeking guidance to improve their overall relational dynamics. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Possess a current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Exhibit strong clinical and interpersonal skills aimed at delivering exceptional patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

We highly value both recently licensed and experienced candidates who can bring unique perspectives to our team. A background in teletherapy or working with diverse family systems is an asset. Candidates should be comfortable managing caseloads effectively while maintaining flexibility in their schedules to accommodate client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
