Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support patients in hospice care, who are facing terminal illnesses and the challenges that accompany them. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active LCSW license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
