We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is curious, organized, and comfortable starting conversations. You’ll help turn inbound interest into qualified opportunities while proactively identifying customers and markets where Apposite can make a difference.

What you’ll do

\n

\n
• Qualify inbound leads: Research prospects, respond promptly, and understand their testing needs, timelines, and purchasing process.
\n
• Develop new opportunities: Use targeted email, phone, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator outreach to connect with relevant customers.
\n
• Research accounts: Identify promising companies, the right contacts, and specific reasons they could benefit from Apposite’s solutions.
\n
• Support the sales process: Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations, coordinate with sales and technical colleagues, and keep opportunities moving.
\n
• Prepare for trade shows: Research speakers and attending companies, arrange meetings before events, and follow up afterward.
\n
• Expand customer relationships: Identify additional teams, locations, and use cases within existing accounts.
\n
• Maintain Salesforce: Keep contact information, qualification notes, activities, and next steps accurate and current.
\n
• Contribute market insights: Share what you learn from customers to help us prioritize products, markets, and outreach.
\n

What we’re looking for

\n

\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• A thoughtful approach to research and outreach, with the ability to explain why a prospect is worth pursuing.
\n
• Consistent follow-through and the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
\n
• Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn networking concepts and customer use cases.
\n
• Confidence asking questions, listening carefully, and following up by phone.
\n
• Comfort working toward measurable sales goals and taking ownership of results.
\n
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is helpful.
\n

Experience in inside sales, business development, technology sales, or customer-facing work is a plus. We also welcome early-career candidates who can demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic. Deep networking expertise is not required at the start; a commitment to learning is.
