Role Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a remote, contract role focused on identifying and qualifying prospective customers for Ruxia’s field management platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, generating and following up on leads, conducting outbound calls and emails, and engaging prospects through multiple channels. The SDR will schedule discovery meetings for the sales team, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies. The role involves understanding customer pain points in field sales operations, clearly communicating Ruxia’s value proposition, and meeting or exceeding activity and opportunity creation targets.\n

• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales for engaging prospects, managing pipelines, and supporting the closing process.

• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development for identifying new opportunities, researching target markets, and nurturing early-stage relationships.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, professional outreach via phone, email, and online meetings, as well as active listening and objection handling.
\n
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and basic sales analytics is beneficial.

• Experience selling B2B SaaS or technology solutions, especially to field or distributed sales teams, is a plus.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across functions.

• Relevant education or practical experience in sales, marketing, or business-related fields is preferred.
