Sales Development Rep

Location - Remote (anywhere in the U.S.)

Experience required - 2+ years of technical sales in a Startup (SaaS, Technical sales, B2B, software sales, AI sales, supply chain, distribution or logistic solutions sales)

We are representing a fast-growing AI technology startup that provides AI-powered, technical, and SaaS solutions to businesses across the distribution, logistics, supply chain, transportation, and related industries in the United States.

The company is looking for a hungry, coachable, and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who enjoys building pipeline from the ground up and is excited to play an important role in an early-stage startup environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–5 years of B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound prospecting experience who is comfortable with cold outreach, enjoys experimenting with new sales technologies, and thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Experience selling into logistics, supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, distribution, or operations-focused organizations is highly valued.

What You'll Do

• Generate qualified sales opportunities by engaging CEOs, COOs, VPs of Operations, and other senior decision-makers within target accounts.
\n
• Execute high-volume, highly personalized outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a strong pipeline for the Account Executive team.
\n
• Develop and manage personalized video outreach campaigns to increase prospect engagement and differentiate the company's messaging.
\n
• Research target accounts and identify high-quality prospects using tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn .
\n
• Build targeted account and prospect lists based on defined ICPs, industries, company characteristics, and buyer personas.
\n
• Leverage and optimize AI-powered sales development workflows to improve outreach efficiency, personalization, response rates, and overall productivity.
\n
• Work closely with Account Executives to ensure effective lead qualification, smooth handoffs, strong meeting attendance, and continuous feedback.
\n
• Track daily and weekly activity and performance metrics, including outreach volume, conversations, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
\n
• Continuously test and refine messaging, prospecting strategies, sequences, and outreach tactics to improve results.
\n
• Bring creativity, persistence, and a strong ownership mentality to an evolving startup environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound prospecting experience.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through cold calling and outbound prospecting .
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
\n
• Comfortable conducting high-volume outreach while maintaining a personalized and thoughtful approach.
\n
• Self-motivated, competitive, persistent, and hungry to succeed .
\n
• Highly coachable and receptive to feedback.
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and relatively unstructured startup environment .
\n
• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly identify relevant prospects and business opportunities.
\n
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, Clay, or similar prospecting technologies is preferred.
\n
• A genuine interest in using AI and modern sales technology to improve productivity and sales performance.
