Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly scheduled, evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions via secure video conferencing to adults dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.

• Engage clients through thoughtful questioning techniques to help them explore and articulate their feelings and behaviors in a therapeutic setting.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement tools, and goal tracking measures to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches are applied according to each client’s specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will work with chiefly comprises adults who are navigating various emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, grief following loss, pain management issues, and transitions in life that can lead to increased emotional distress. Your role will be pivotal in helping them reclaim control over their mental health by providing empathetic support and evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling is required.

• An active California LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license in good standing.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
