Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, enabling tailored treatment interventions for clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their individual needs and life circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders and enhance client coping strategies.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices, empowering them to engage actively in their recovery.

• Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure the highest quality of care.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and community organizations to provide integrated care and support for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments and research in the field of mood disorders, integrating new findings into therapeutic strategies to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the safety and privacy of client information.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team's in-service training opportunities to contribute to ongoing professional development and team cohesion.

• Advocate for clients by addressing mental health stigmatization within the community and ensuring they receive appropriate support and resources.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n
