• Role: Medical Lab Scientist (MLS)
• Location: Great Bend, KS
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Shift Details:
• • 3 × 12-hour shifts (10:00 AM – 10:30 PM)
  • 4 × 10-hour shifts (12:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

Role Summary

The Medical Lab Scientist is responsible for:

• Performing clinical laboratory testing and analysis
• Ensuring accuracy and quality of diagnostic results
• Supporting patient care through lab data interpretation
• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
• Following regulatory and safety standards in lab procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $24 – $34/hour

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 1 year MLS experience required
• Certification typically expected (implied MLS/MT credential depending on system standards)
