Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, empathetic assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices tailored to meet diverse client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, utilizing established protocols to ensure immediate care and support.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and to address complex mental health issues.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a myriad of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
