Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients through comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to determine diagnoses and treatment needs.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that are directly informed by clinical assessments, incorporating various therapeutic modalities and exercises.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and technology, such as ultrasound therapy, electric stimulation, and manual therapy, to enhance recovery and manage pain effectively.
• Instruct and educate patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises and home programs, ensuring they understand the role of wellness strategies in their recovery process.
• Document patient progress meticulously using our electronic health record system, making adjustments to treatment protocols as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Engage and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other therapists, to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and uphold ethical guidelines in every aspect of patient treatment and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals recovering from various orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with a strong focus on orthopedics.
• Possess an active state Physical Therapist license to practice in Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in orthopedic physical therapy, demonstrating proficient clinical skills in managing complex cases.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
