Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth diagnostic assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to guide clients through their mental health challenges, including individual and family therapy sessions.

• Partner with prescribers when necessary, facilitating comprehensive care that aligns with clients' treatment objectives.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention support, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during high-risk situations, including emergency evaluations and stabilization strategies.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and strategize on complex cases for optimized treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

• Collaborate with families, referral sources, and additional support organizations to fortify treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your understanding and sensitivity to the unique needs of individuals from different backgrounds will be crucial in developing trust and rapport. You will also engage with clients through various means, including teletherapy options that accommodate their schedules, whether during traditional business hours or after hours, including weekends.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• An active California LMFT license, or equivalent licenses in Clinical Social Work or Professional Counseling.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health treatment modalities.

• Proficient in diagnosing mental health disorders using contemporary assessment tools.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.

• Strong commitment to providing outcome-focused care based on best practices and latest research findings.

• Experience in crisis management, with knowledge of safety planning and relapse prevention techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
